Chiapas – Log Flume in the Mexico themed area
Chiapas is a modern log flume ride in the Phantasialand amusement park and part of the Mexico themed area. The attraction combines classic water ride elements with several drops, including the world's steepest drop on a water ride with an angle of 53 degrees.
The ride passes through various themed areas, including artificial rocks, temple ruins, and a Mexican-style festival backdrop. In addition to the drops, Chiapas also features a backward section and smaller surprise effects. The boats are designed for multiple passengers and have a central bar for holding on.
The attraction is mostly outdoors but partially covered. Minimum height: 1.20 m (when accompanied).
